Interested ladies, young and old, are invited to participate in a 10 session self defense program

that will be held every Tuesday and Wednesday

from January 10th 2016 at 5.30pm in the Bishop Mendes Auditorium,

Harris Promenade at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.

Please wear comfortable (appropriate) loose fitting clothing.

Register at the Parish Office during regular office hours (9.00am – 5.00pm).
