This Feast is celebrated on the 7th of October. It is an annual Feast, a 16th century naval victory which saved Europe against the Turkish invasion.

     An intercession was made to the Blessed Virgin Mary who was invoked on the day of battle through a campaign to pray the rosary throughout Europe.

     May we join in this celebration and pray the Rosary with our family, friends and coworkers. Rosaries are available at OLPH Our Daily Bread Bookshop and Cafe. You could choose your own from our wide selection and even give as gifts to others, as you help them with their prayer time.  Synodality is alive everywhere, whether in small or large portions. Inviting and encouraging others to pray the Rosary reflects this. Life is a blessing, so let us celebrate the joys of this life, especially the Feast Days in the Church.
