
Return of Palms:
Please make every effort to return palms to be used in our Ash Wednesday Masses on or before next Saturday. Boxes are placed at all the doors.
No Holy Masses at the Pro-Cathedral on Sunday 19th:
Due to Kiddies Carnival there will be no Sunday Holy Masses at the Pro- Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, San Fernando
As a result, you are to attend holy masses at Les Effort, Vistabella, Mon Repos, La Romaine or any other church of your choice on Sunday 19th February, 2023.
Carnival Monday 20th and Carnival Tuesday 21st:
There will be no Sunday Holy Masses at the Pro- Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, San Fernando.
However, you are invited at Cluny Eucharistic Centre for Holy Mass at 10:00 am with Fr. Kenwyn Slyvester.
Then at 3:00 pm for the praying of the Four Mysteries of the Holy Rosary you can come for all or any part of it.
Ash Wednesday Schedule:
OLPH, San Fernando 6:00 am with Fr. David, 9:30 am (Schools are invited with Fr. David, 11:45 am with Archbishop Jason and 5:00 pm with Fr. David.
Christ the King, Les Efforts 6:00 pm
St. Benedict, La Romaine 10:00 am and 6:00 pm with Fr. Jayson.
First Sunday of Lent NO 8:00 am or 10:00 am Holy Masses at the Pro-Cathedral on Sunday 26th February:
Due to a special holy mass for the Scouts. His Excellence President of The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago Pauls Mae Weeks will be attendance so capacity to sit in the church will be limited. His Grace Archbishop Jason will celebrate the Holy Mass. This holy mass will begin at 8:30 am.
As a result, you are to attend any other morning holy masses at Les Effort, Vistabella, Mon Repos, La Romaine or any other church of your choice on Sunday 26th February. The 6:00 pm at OLPH will be as per usual.
Novena Schedule:
The Novena to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medals will take place after the 6:00 am it takes 5 minutes. Holy Mass on all Tuesdays. The Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help will take place after the 6:00 am. Holy Mass on all Thursdays it takes 8 minutes.
Liturgy of the Hours (Morning Prayers):
Those interested in joining the existing team who leads the morning prayer at OLPH are asked to come on Saturday 12th March 9:00 am upstairs the Parish Hall for training which will include existing members.
