Mrs. Therese Chung-Waldropt, OLPH Parish Secretary and Synod Coordinator is a committed Roman Catholic, having been baptized at Our lady of Perpetual Help Church and schooled at Roman Catholic schools such as St. Gabriel’s Girls R.C. Primary and St. Joseph’s Convent San Fernando. Catholicism has been instilled in her from birth as she promises to serve God for the rest of her life.

“Everyday we learn something new,” and with this thirst for knowledge, Therese pursued her education in Santa Ana, California, U.S.A where she earned her Honours Grade Report in English, Psychology and Behavioural Science. She believes ‘life is an event’ and received her international certification in Project and Events Management from The George Washington University, U.S.A. Her passion for English inspired her to become an international published editor and writer. She published her poetry text in 2010, which was approved by the Ministry of Education of Trinidad and Tobago’s Curriculum Division to be used as referenced material in all libraries throughout Trinidad and Tobago. In addition, Therese’s work has been published both locally and regionally throughout the Caribbean.
